1. Administration Assistant – Part Time
Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week (spread over the working week)

Role Overview
We are seeking a part-time Administration Assistant to join our Paphos office. This role involves supporting our financial planners and providing a professional first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will be organised, personable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients by email, telephone, and in person when they visit the office
- Assist advisors with client facing required materials and support financial planning staff with administration tasks
- Maintain client files in a compliant and regulatory-acceptable manner
- Co-ordinate with colleagues in Cyprus, the UK head office, and other international locations
- Follow up on new applications with providers (e.g. pension trustees, investment companies)
- Draft and produce formal letters and correspondence
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (fluent English required)
- Personable and approachable, with a professional outlook and confident telephone manner
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other software tools
- High level of attention to detail and organisational ability
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Previous experience in a financial services environment is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Client & Data Administration Assistant to support our growing operations. The role involves managing new client onboarding, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and verifying advisor payment information. This is a part-time role to start, with scope to expand as our business grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload new client information to our systems accurately and promptly
- Perform data checks to ensure all information is correct and complete
- Verify and maintain advisor payment data to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Liaise with team members to resolve discrepancies or missing information
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance requirements at all times
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

3. Trainee Life Insurance Advisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Life Insurance Advisor to join our team. Whether or not you already hold the necessary Cyprus qualifications, we want to hear from you. You will receive support and training to grow into a fully qualified advisor.
You will help clients safeguard their futures through life insurance, risk protection, critical illness, income protection and related solutions. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone who is committed, client-focused, and ready to build a career in insurance advisory. The role will be based from the Paphos office, covering the island.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and develop skills in advising clients on life insurance and protection products (term assurance, critical illness, income protection, etc.)
- Understand regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements under the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) in Cyprus
- Meet with clients (in person and/or remotely), establish their protection needs, explain options clearly, prepare proposals
- Support existing clients with policy servicing, renewals, and changes to cover
- Build and maintain a client portfolio under supervision
- Work closely with internal teams (compliance, underwriting, operations) to ensure advice is compliant and documentation is accurate

- Comply with professional liability insurance, clean criminal record, non-bankruptcy certificate as per Cyprus regulations.
